What do you know? Here is another post. Took a short vacation after SXSW, so it was nice to return to the usual haunts: Phoebe Jeebies, Warren Hood and the Hoodlums, Erik Hokkanen and the Gypsy Tribe, and the Hudsons. Plenty more I wanted to see, and feel pretty bummed that I missed Eric Johnson sitting in with Redd Volkaert on Tuesday at the Shoal Creek Saloon. Still, something tells me there are good tunes just around the corner.
